FTP username and password

Hello,
I am trying to locate my ftp username and ftp password. I have logged into My Profile/Settings/General. States that the password is “the same as my website password”.

I have subsequently tried to enter the details in: files dot 000webhost dot com

My website is: https://nicl1.000webhostapp.com

Please can you advise as this is rather urgent.

I have tried these credentials here: https://files.000webhost.com/ but get a message saying the login details are not correct…

This is probably due to FTP being down on some servers. Give it a few hours and try again.

I’ve been trying for the past 3 days, and have also rest my pw. Is there a more proactive solution? Thanks

Hello , I have exactly the same problem since several days.

@gsingh82 @gerardosamara like I said, this is due to downtime. This is a recurring issue and we are working as hard as we can to fix it.
