I have created site with 000webhost and received url http://panrws.000webhost.com/ to access my files. But its giving error that “This site can’t be reached <> refused to connect.”

Oh yes, its working through Proxy. Why cant I access it from my machine? Is there any solution?
Try ctrl f5 on your page or use an incognito tab it is likely your cache is outdated as you had incorrectly configured the URL previously
