My site address is quickreference.freeiz.com it works fine when I launch it from my local files and I uploaded them with the same names and directory structure, everything else works but all the icons are blank. Any ideas?

Try uploading your /img/ folder again
Ah yeah 100% double check your /img folder is uploaded correctly.
I deleted and reuploaded the folder and now half the icons show up, is there a problem with uploads?
How are you uploading?
If you are using File Manager is there limit so if you select say 50 images it will only upload the first 10 I believe so you need to either zip all the images and extract or use FTP client like FileZilla to mass upload the images.
