Have not been able to access my web site for a few days now.

I get HTTP 403 Forbidden in browser tab

On the screen is…

HTTP 403

Other than that screen is blank

NB this is to access the web site on line.
Files still exist in File Manager in Cpanel

It is the same message I got when it was off for 1 hour, which turned out to be 4 hours and now cannot be accessed at all.

By accident just found my IP provider blocked it without telling me. It has now been unblocked.
