How can i change myy domain name?

hi i putted tester of name and now i can change it should i create a new one and then uppload all files and db to the new one ?, i used test for see the web and now i want to change it to real name

Under member area, click on “Set Web Address” then scroll and look for “Linked Website” and click on manage to delete it
then, Refresh the page and click on “Use my own domain”
