How setting in phpmyadmin database five digit behind comma

Question 1 :

I use module GPS sensor and arduino to get coordinate lat long. In arduino IDE value show five digit behind comma. But in database it just two digit behind comma. How can i solve my problem?

Question 2 :
How to set time zone in 000webhost database? Default GMT+00, and i want to change into GMT+07?

Q2) Unfortunately, no, it is not possible to change the time zone on free plans (you could possibly use PHP script to log the actual date/time as a value apart from this I’m unsure how you could do this)
