Can anyone please help me out on how to create a new subdomain for my website which is hosted on 000webhost.com and .net16.net

If you have your own domain like candyman.com you could create one subdomain like blog.candyman.com etc
I mean like I already have my domain like 000webhost.net16.net so now i want crew.000webhost.net16.net how to do that?

Else take a new domain from freenom and park it.
Then follow the below tutorial to create a subdomain for your parked domain.

this is not possible in new panel. Use your own domain name and point CNAME records to websites to achieve same functionality.
