How to Delete website completely

Hello,

i have deleted a website (done with the free website builder) last week (8 days ago) from my dashboard but it is always present and active on the web, please how to delete it completely ?
I precise that i removed it from my cpanel and i can’t access to it from my cpanel and i can’t access to ftp of it

After 21 days , the website is always here, please delete it completely, i can’t do it !
