It was advertised on the front page, before signup that the free service is banner-less, no ads, just free.
It used to be the same in the past.
How to remove the banner saying “Powered by 000WebHost”.
I am on the new Control Panel.
Never mind.
I used the remove banner button from Control Panel, General Settings and it disappeared.

I had just turned it on yesterday to see what it would do. It took a few hours or so before I noticed it pop up on my site. Glad you got it resolved.
