Lately I’ve noticed that http downloads from my server are randomly getting cut off mid-way through. Sometimes the zip file will completely download without issue and sometimes it gets cut off.
I’ve disabled gzip, but it doesn’t seem to help.
Any suggestions?
There is a 2 minute connection timeout on our servers. That means that all connections (such as file downloads) must be finished in 2 minutes, otherwise server will close it. This is done in order to save server resources and bandwidth. However you can upgrade your account at http://www.000webhost.com/upgrade to get this limit removed.

Thanks for the reply.
The thing is, the files being downloaded are only ~900KB.
When the files download correctly, it takes about 20seconds to download.
I’m testing the server from Asia right now. Is there an ACK timeout in addition to the connection timeout?
