Hello. I can not go to the file manager (https://files.000webhost.com/?authenticated=0). Login and password is entered correctly.
Login to 000webhost and use the redirecting page that logs you into file manager automatically if that fails try toggling FTP off and on from settings and if that fails try changing your website password and if that fails then maybe FTP is facing issues.
