I send an sms to a special number to verify my phone number. Suddenly, I paid for that sms (0,67 PLN). What I have to do?

In setting there is an option to add your phone number to account. Next there is a phone number and a special code. Under that there was a note about this SMS is free. I sent this code to that number (0018156008600) and from my number some money dissapeard. Sorry for my bad english.
Are you talking about something related to 000webhost?
What actually happens is the SMS is free of charge, however, some carriers may charge for it 
So there should be a warning or something.
