Insert Themes to wordpress

Hello,

I have a Question, I have buyed Theme for Wordpress from Themeforest and i have this downloaded in Zip file 21 mb and i make a free account hosting with 000webhost. I installed wordpress on my account here, and when i will upload my buyed wordpress site then i have the Message

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/wp-admin/update.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

please help mee

Upload the file via FTP to wp-content and extract it into themes or upgrade to premium to allow larger uploads in the browser.
