Login problem:An unknown error occurred. Please try again (SOLVED)

Hi, i have a site on 000webhost with this j…gmail.com but i have problem with the login
many days a go.
When i tried to make login with google plus i saw this note : “An unknown error occurred. Please try again.”
when i reset my pass and tried to make login into my account just with the mail i saw this note.
“The user is linked with Google. Please use social login.”

i make account here from different email address because i dont received mail confirmation into my google mail address i have checked the inbox section and the spam but no one email from 000webhost forum there is.

please help me i want to upgrate to hostiger but i can’t login to my account

and the second with normal login with my email

but please contact with pm to give you my email to unlink my account from google plus button.
