I’m not sure sounds like you are doing something incorrectly
I can see via the logs you’ve ran WordPress installation 7-8 times and created/deleted 17-18 databases…
That database you’ve screenshot I’ve just checked and was created by you, there is no tables in it as you’ve not created any.
Head to general settings, reset website, use the WordPress automatic installer, take note of your administrator details, once installed use the WordPress administration panel.
You’ll not need to login to 000webhost after doing this setup ONCE.
