Hello everyone, i’m having trouble migrating a sleeping website, i did bought a single payment plan but i cannot migrate it without the ftp details which i cannot access since it is sleeping, i hope someone can help me migrate it since i have important files in there.
Hi there so if you access https://hpanel.hostinger.com/help and open a ticket and they’ll migrate your data to Hostinger ASAP
