My already installed wordpress site is sometimes leading to a install new wordpress homepage?

Hey Admin,
I already installed wordpress on this url:
https://westcoastgiftstore.000webhostapp.com

and its all working but sometimes and very frequently… when i visit this same link above its takes me back to the very beginning of wordpress installation. Can anyone suggest how i can fix this problem?

Apart from this few times. my wordpress site seem to be okay and going fine. Thank you!

Basically upgrade or wait it out.

Upgrade to paid hosting, the free 000webhostapp URL won’t obviously be able to be transferred as that is a free URL.
