I have a big problem since I realized that my hosted websites were archived and when entering with the credentials of my username and password they no longer work for me, it is important for me to recover my websites since I do not have a copy of them, both were suspended on 2019-11-21 12:14

I can see you’ve made a new account, you can pick alternative free subdomains and park your two custom domains again.

We have no data available - users are fully responsible for regular backups.
