My website isn't working. Is the server down or something?

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi!
So when i put my website link “http://painel-citelum.000webhostapp.com/painel-citelum/production/login.php” it shows me a blank page with that message above.

I deleted an older folder also called “painel-citelum” and then put the new website folder (which has teh same name), so i’m assuming it’s still the same url.

Mistake you’ve done:-

  1. Never delete “public_html” directory.
  2. Always place your files in “public_html” to access it over your domain or subdomain.
