It’s wordpress, since 40 minutes showing only : Couldn’t connect to your database, and sometimes it shows wordpress installation but still … nothing

No it isn’t your problem.
Database went down on the server so you would of experienced issues using any scripts like WordPress that uses databases.
Keep an eye on status.000webhost.com when all systems go green that generally means your website should load.
Both your sites are back online.
Try not to make threads regarding downtime in the future - just keep an eye on the status page till your site comes back up.
