I want to know what is the maximum size of mysql databases on premium host? And is the free SSL applied to all 100’s of websites I may have?
Single plan limits would be:
10 GB Disk Quota
100 GB Bandwidth
200000 Inodes
MySQL database hard limit size is 3GB (tables are unlimited as long as database size limit is not reached)
Visitors are unlimited, as long as your own website can handle it
10 Entry Processes
As for Premium:
20 GB Disk Quota
Unlimited Bandwidth
400000 Inodes
MySQL database hard limit size is 3GB as well
Visitors are also unlimited

SSL would depend on the plan taken you can certainly query the team over at Hostinger for any more information as this is where I got this lot
