Need help with Website Error

My website https://jasapenulisbrilian.000webhostapp.com keep getting error every few minutes, then after reload I will get this page:

I tried to check My Databases and from the PhpMyAdmin I get this page

Error 2

I notice the `max_queries_per_hour’ error as well. But I didn’t even do anything, just designing my page, so I don’t think it would lead to that much queries?
I did wait for an hour but after an hour had passed I work on my page design again, after only working for a few minutes I get the same error again.

This happen after I update to the latest WordPress and had been going on for 2 days. Can someone teach me how to resolve this?

I uninstall most plugins and it allowed me to edit my page longer. Idk what else that might cause the web to have so much queries when I didn’t even do much. But thank you for your help.
