The forum is a great source of information but this will be our third panel release which is a complete overhaul, the last being June 2019 and previous the great migration of March 2017 and so the forum does have a lot of mixed information pertaining to different methods depending on the date it was posted as we’ve had a few panels/ways of doing things even including domain parking for example.
Discord is a platform for people with similar interests to share and communicate for free
Our Discord should be considered the quickest way of obtaining support relating to account issues (not suspensions) and mixing with other new website builders like yourself.
You can join completely free and you don’t need to download Discord if you don’t want to they’ve got a web browser based client which can be used instead!

If you just want to talk website building, coding, or anything tech then feel free to join to learn, discover and conquer with other like minded users!
For coding issues we don’t help with as our staff are there to ensure 000webhost platform is running and to report/resolve any issues directly related to the platform in the case of an outage or bug, you can discuss and educate others with coding if you wish but our staff can’t assist with issues outwith the 000webhost platform.
