I haven’t logged in to my account for a few months and now I can’t log in and I don’t receive any password reset link by email, why?
Users must login once per month to avoid deletion, it would indicate your account / websites have been deleted to due inactive user status and you’ll need to signup fresh - hence why you don’t get the password reset email as account is deleted
