000webhost is owned by Hostinger Ltd. Yes, it is normal 
when you buy my site will move to another hosting ??
It will be migrated to Hostinger servers for better performance. Free plans are not mixed with paid plans regarding the environment.
In other words, after buying the paid plan you’ll have to login to cpanel.hostinger.com and eventually your site will receive a new name.
