Password was reset to cPanel, can't access recovery email

Hey all,

I’m trying to change the website for my organization - Dartmouth Model Untied Nations.

The address is here: http://dmun.comxa.com

I can’t find any way to contact 000webhost.com to verify that I am a representative from this organization. The recovery email is held by somebody who graduated 4 years ago and is off the grid (as far as we know).

Does anybody know what kind of process can go through to recover the website?

I have the same problem, hours trying to remember end reset my password, no success :disappointed:
