Pls Help How do you verify domain with google so i am confused how to add Txt I am using the free version of 00webhost. Pls help

Use DNS management at your registrar to make DNS records or upgrade.
Or use alternative Google method like .html file

I did use .html method but when i go to my google sites to point to my website it says verify your domain.

Not sure about that issue, try using registar DNS management then.
