I tried to log in to https://files.000webhost.com, but there’s an error said, “Log in details are not correct.”. I also tried to connect using FileZilla on Windows, but it always timeout after 20 seconds. I checked 000webhost’s status that FTP is up, but why can’t I connect to my FTP account? I already had this issue for about 6 hours.
Lots of users online the free plan so high traffic is causing some login issues for free plan users.

You can wait it out, use alternative free hosting or upgrade to premium where the servers aren’t overloaded and are professionally managed 24/7 https://www.hostinger.com/special/000webhost
