Problems with Sign up/Sign in

Dear 000webhost.com team,

I’ve been trying to sign up with this Gmail account only to be told that it’s already in use? However, if I do try to ‘Sign in’, I get an error message saying that this account doesn’t exists?

Even if I try the ‘Lost Password’ button I get the same error message about the user not existing.

Slightly confusing!

Could you please look into this?

It’s possible that I already got an account in the past with you guys, maybe your company had a different name, but I can’t find anything in my records.

If this relates to the same email address you’re using for the forum it may be possible you were signed up in the past and it has been deleted for inactivity therefore sometimes you won’t be able to reuse it. Just use another address.
It may be also due to the full stop within the email a lot of users abuse the Google system as it offers you to have unlimited addresses basically, try signing up without the full stop within your address.
