Hi there. Unfortunately, there’s not much you can do regarding getting that file back, since it was permanently deleted. However, you can download a fresh copy of WordPress from the website and then copy the wp-config.php from the download to your website. Just make sure to update your database details and website URL inside that file, otherwise your site will fail to connect to the database.
