Refering to this article from yesterday -> Suddenly cannot login to filemanager

I am experiencing this exact same issue verbatum. Everything that the OP described I am experiencing one day later, is there something wrong with the FTP again?

@vibesensei There was an issue with one of the FTP node, but FTP node is now up again.
Can you try now and check?
