Remove 000webhostapp from my website

I migrated my website to awardspace but I get the 403 forbidden error and this was their support response.

(((Thank you for contacting us.

We have investigated the issue you’ve described and we can confirm that it is caused by our content filter. We have a blacklist of certain words/strings and links which are forbidden to be displayed on pages hosted on our Free Service. For security reasons, we cannot disclose the list, but we have scanned your web page, and the issue with it stems from the fact that it has the following forbidden string in it:

000WEBHOSTAPP.COM/ [10 times]

After you remove it, the page will be displayed normally. We’re sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience, but this has been done to prevent the abuse of our Free service.

Alternatively, you may upgrade to any of our premium hosting plans, since there is no content filtering on our paid hosting platform. ))))

So how can I remove the strings ?

Feel free to reopen this ticket in case you have more questions or you need further assistance. Thank you for choosing our services.

Good day!

I don’t know how exactly the scanner works and what does it look for, however I believe you need to remove all plugins related to 000webhost (ex: 000webhost Branding Disable). If you have themes/content related to 000webhost, that may need to be removed as well.

If the problem persists, please ask them to help you remove the forbidden content. Ask them if the filter returns any logs to help you investigate the lines at which the content is being located…

I installed the disable 000webhost branding plugin but it still doesnt work, they also said this

Thank you for contacting us.

We’ve reviewed the source code of your page and it appears that there are 10 instances of the word:

More specifically, there are links to your Upload folder hosted on your previous server. Below is an example:

<span class=“et_pb_image_wrap”><img src=“https://noxdesigns.000webhostapp.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Bumpy-Bandz-Logo-FINAL.png” alt="" /></span>

We can only advise you to remove all links pointing to your old server.

By the way my website on 000webhost is still live

I didnt get any response

I would assume that various parts of your migrated site will contain “000webhostapp” URL in configuration files/script/themes etc.
You need to go through every single file on your migrated script and replace 000webhostapp with your actual domain now.
I’d just recommend a fresh install, else your new host should be able to provide all assistance on their end with regards to configuring your migrated script

Thanks
