Restore 2016 Website and FTP Files

Hello,
I built my website and hosted it on 000webhost around 2016, now the system has been upgraded and my previous Portfolio has been deleted. It may not work but it is worth asking if any of the Staff with access to the system would be able to restore my FTP files by any chance.
My website files has been deleted from my previous computer, and I don’t seem to able to find it anywhere.
My url used to be brunoog.herobo.com
I can provide email and password proof as well if required.

Unfortunately not users were prompted to backup their site, delete their old panel account, upload their backup on the new panel system.

Any sites not migrated were deleted :frowning:
