I see you are using a Wordpress site. Please consider reading this topic if you have not done so already:
To buy a paid plan, click on the link below, choose a plan, follow the instructions. After buying the plan, you should contact Hostinger Support and ask them to move the website to their servers. Don’t forget to update Wordpress’s default URL after moving to the paid plan
