"Server Not Found"/"This site can't be reached"

I keep getting a “Server Not Found” error in Firefox when attempting to go to my site. In Chrome, it’s “This site can’t be reached”, and gives an “ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED” error.

This happens with both my https://dvdlist.000webhostapp.com/ URL and my URL from before everything shifted to those URLs, which is http://dvd.hostzi.com/

This is happening about half the time I try to access my site. The only other threads I can find with a similar issue were using custom domains, which I’m not doing.

It is at this second, yes. But this has been happening periodically for weeks, and when it’s down it stays down for a while. It’s never just a case of refreshing the page and it works, I always have to wait half an hour, or an hour, or whatever for it to come back up.

EDIT: It’s 29 minutes since that post and it’s down again.
