If I understood correctly, can someone confirm this for me?
I have purchased a domain on namecheap. With that domain I purchased and SSL Certificate.
And when I want to activate it, it asks me CSR.
If my website is here on 000webhost free plan, 000webhost do not provide that CSR, right? I need to change my hosting if I wanna use that purchased SSL, correct?

You cannot use SSL certificates on our free learning plan.
If you have purchased a domain and SSL certificate you can certainly take a hosting plan with Hostinger instead and be able to install your SSL certificate for free.
