Trying to connect Raspberry Pi with C to Mysql databases

I was trying to connect my Raspberry to start some query on my school project. But it will display some errors (Can’t create TCP/IP socket (97) ). What is the real ip of mysql 000webhost’s server? I tried with 145.14.144.52 and 145.14.145.123
