Unable to connect with FTP or File Manager

Still having problems connecting to FTP. It keeps timing out on filezilla. The one time it did get as far as trying to log in it came back with a 500 user: operation not permitted. Can’t get into file manager either, just get a blank screen or it says login details incorrect.

I’ve only managed to upload 2 files today :frowning:

Do as @ckhawand said and try these steps also

  1. Go to 000webhost cpanel.
  2. Go to manage website >> settings >>general.
  3. Turn off ftp and then turn it on.
  4. Scroll down and click on repair,
  5. Try clearing your browser’s cache.
  6. Try using vpn.
  7. Try using icognito mode.

Having gone through those steps earlier in the day, I wasn’t expecting to have to do it again! However, all seems to be well now. Thanks for the help.
