Update cname records,dns a record

hello, I am not able to add cnames records to my domain dns records.The place where I have to paste the contents of destination field in freenom from there its not proceeding

I will be happy If this issue gets resolved

Explain more?
You can park your domain using nameservers or using point method with CNAME if your registrar allows it.

When I click on open to control panel i have to update cname records which is unclear to me

That domain appears to be registered at GoDaddy
