When attempting to upgrade services, I am requested to login onto my account but the login data’s are not accepted. I am using the same address email and password to login onto the web site because this is the only login data’s I have been using so far.
Dos this difficulty imply I should create another account ID’s to proceed with payment?

Yes when upgrading you will need to make a brand new Hostinger account
