Hello, i have this problem uploading my database
User has exceeded the ‘max_updates_per_hour’ resource.
After 3 hours i still have the same problem (my db is 4.6mb)
Any solutions? Thanks
It depends on how many requests you exceeded it by, the database is frozen for certain length of time, just wait it out 
four hours can be the norm - it just depends.
