I thought it might have been archived, but I can no longer find any control panel login either. Was my entire account deleted? I’ve searched my email and never found any messages about inactivity.
Hi there, I’ve checked the logs and what I can see that is still available is that it was deleted first thing this morning for inactivity.
I’ll relay to the developers to check emails are being sent and to display to users they need to be active on their 000webhost.com panel regularly to avoid deletion.

And was my account as a whole deleted, not just the websites?
Sadly not no you need to regularly login to the main panel, that is why I always advise people to login to the panel to use the file manager.
Yes the whole account was removed, unsure if this is related to GDPR or not.
