I haven’t accessed my website for a long period and now when I logged in it shows the website has been archived.
I tried restoring it but nothing happens, it redirects me again & again to the same page.

Developers have informed me there is no archived data for your sites.
Hence they’ve been deleted to allow you to create new sites.
It would appear there was no archive available to restore, hence deletion.
Feel free to make a new site and keep regular backups and login to 000webhost.com regularly to avoid inactive user deletions.
