Website Builder Loading issue

Hello,

The following message as per usual comes up when i select website builder
" Great! Loading Easy Website Builder for you…
No code knowledge is required, our magical elves will do all the job!"
along with the red circle looking like it’s loading but getting no further.
I’ve cleared the the cache browser history. Any idea what else could be wrong?

Sadly Zyro builder within 000webhost has been discontinued as far as developers inform me.
They recommend users signup to Zyro.com if they wish to continue with similar builder
