It’s the second time, I make a website on WP powered by 000webhost, and suddenly after a while, it closes and a new page opens telling me to install Wordpress:

And when I complete its requirements, nothing happens and again the same page appears, and the torture continues.
Meanwhile, when I checked my email, 000webhost had sent me an email that someone had requested them to reset my password, and that’s why that Wordpress installation page was appearing. They had given a link for resetting my password, but unfortunately, that was also not working.
Please help me to understand the issue, retain my Wordpress and website again, and ensure I do not make another website for the third time.
