A little problem, when I try to access the website “restovert.000webhostapp.com” I can read “Website is archived”. After this I log to the account and I am surprised to not see the website in “My Websites”. When I try to create a new website with the same name “restovert” I get the answer that the website is already created.
What can I do to reactivate the website?

That would be because you are logging into the incorrect account 
The correct email address is : restovert.hostinger@tb-informatique.fr

my website http://naturesup.000webhostapp.com/ is aricheived and not listed in the admin panel so I am unable to restore it . could you please allow a way to get back those file as i have worked a lot in making it. could you please make it queued or anything give a chance to get back myfiles sir.my email ,hoping for positive reply
Sadly your website was deleted due to user inactivity hence why it doesn’t show up 
Feel free to make a new account / new website using alternative naming.
