My website was supposed to wake a few moments ago - although the file manager is available the site is not online. File manager says it is due to sleep in 22hrs - but is is sleeping NOW.
If the idea of sleep is intended to urge people to move to a paying situation,it is not working.
I just think I should move to another site that doesn’t have these problems of saying a site will wake and then it not doing.
It is nigh on impossible to get anything done.

it is working now - but was not at the time of the report. If the site is only meant to be down for an hour - how can the file manager report that the site will be down for an hour in 22hrs,when the site was already asleep?
