First, download/backup your website data onto your PC.
Next Go to https://www.000webhost.com/free-website-sign-up
Click Log In
Login (If asks)
It should take you to https://www.000webhost.com/members/
If not go to the website.
As far as I am aware they upgraded there system to work better with a new interface. Afterwords setup your site and re-upload all your files.
