I recently noticed that my website is archived because of low activity in it. When I try to restore, it says refresh website after few minutes but still I could not access my website

I do not had any backup of this website that I uploaded here, so I can not fresh start from scratch by creating new website. Please help me to fix this problem.

I have my free website also archived and I have Restore it several times since yesterday, but the site is still archived.
Is there a way to restore it or do I have to upgrade for this to be fixed?
I know that I do not have being using my site for a long time but …

Thank you for the very fast reply.
What happened was that my website was not there, it was deleted. So I had to create another website but when using the same name the system kept saying the site was already in use. But never mind I had a backup and restore it and it is now working finally!
