I have refreshed the sleep time. All should work fine now. If you still encounter sleeping issues, please reply to this topic.
Also, as a matter of caution, please go to 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Sleep time and make sure the hours are updated correctly (to the ones you set, if you did so).
